How To: Enable Routed-to-Proxy Configuration

Description

Routed-to-Proxy requires additional preparations on Silverline prior to its first use. 

  • By default, this setting is not enable on the customer configuration

 

Environment

  • DDoS
    • Routed-to-proxy

 

Procedure

The setting needs to be enabled by Silverline in order to be available to the customers' Portal.

  • Open a ticket with Silverline 
  • Indicate that R2P needs to be enabled
  • Specify the Class C network that should be allocated for proxy usage

The configuration takes some time to be prepared, therefore, allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and fulfilled
