Routed-to-Proxy requires additional preparations on Silverline prior to its first use.
- By default, this setting is not enable on the customer configuration
The setting needs to be enabled by Silverline in order to be available to the customers' Portal.
- Open a ticket with Silverline
- Indicate that R2P needs to be enabled
- Specify the Class C network that should be allocated for proxy usage
The configuration takes some time to be prepared, therefore, allow up to 48 hours for the request to be processed and fulfilled
