How To: Export Proxy Configuration from Portal

Description

Can the proxy configuration be downloaded from the Portal in a consumable way for customers?

• Customer proxy configuration can be exported in CSV or JSON formats directly from the Portal

Environment

• Silverline DDoS
• Silverline WAF
• Silverline Portal

Procedure

Silverline customers can export the proxy configuration in CSV or JSON formats

1. Navigate to the proxy configuration page (Confg > Proxy Configuration > Proxy/App Management)
2. Click the Download button at the top right corner
   • Select the desired output format: JSON or CSV
3. The file will generate after a few minutes and will be available in My Downloads section
   • Access the file by navigating clicking on your profile name (top-right corner) > My Downloads
   • Click on the download icon to begin the file download
