Q&A: It is possible to load balance custom traffic percentages on a proxy to multiple origin servers?

Question

• I am trying to determine if it's possible to configure a proxy to load balance the traffic between 2 nodes with 80% of the traffic to one node and 20% to the other?

Environment

• Silverline WAF
• Silverline DDoS
• Proxy/Proxies 

Answer

• No, this is not currently a configurable option for Silverline proxies
• Silverline has several other similar means of load balancing methods available here under load balancing methods: Proxy / Application Configuration Option: Advanced
