Issue: Page does not load when generating report

 Description

• When trying to generate a report, the page does not load.

Environment

• Proxy/Proxies
• Silverline WAF
• Silverline DDoS Protection

Cause

• Client idle timeout exceeded while generating a report/downloading a document thus causes the reporting generation or downloading the document/file to fail
  • Page does not load after a set duration (60 seconds for example) when trying to generate a report/download a file 

Resolution

• Increase the Client Connection Idle Timeout from 60 seconds to 300 seconds
