How to Change Portal Email Address for User Account


  • How to change the email address connected with your Portal user account.
  • How to reactivate your Portal account from the new email



  • Silverline Portal user account 


  1. Go to My Profile
  2. Change the email address to a new valid email and click Update.
  3. User is immediately logged-out and presented with the sign-in page
    • The old-email/password for that user no longer works
  4. User receives a confirmation email at the new-email address
  5. The confirmation link confirms the new email and log the user in
  6. Once confirmed, the new-email/password combination works to log-in
