- How to change the email address connected with your Portal user account.
- How to reactivate your Portal account from the new email
- Silverline Portal user account
- Go to My Profile
- Change the email address to a new valid email and click Update.
- User is immediately logged-out and presented with the sign-in page
- The old-email/password for that user no longer works
- User receives a confirmation email at the new-email address
- The confirmation link confirms the new email and log the user in
- Once confirmed, the new-email/password combination works to log-in
