We are pleased to inform you of an upcoming enhancement to our F5 status communication platform. Beginning January 4th, 2025, we will transition status updates for Silverline and Bot Defense customers from Status.io to the F5 Distributed Cloud Statuspage.
To ensure a smooth transition, please complete the following steps:
- Check your email: Be on the lookout for an email from noreply@statuspage.io regarding this migration. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
- Confirm your subscription: On January 4th, 2025, we will send you a subscription confirmation email from noreply@statuspage.io, to continue receiving status updates, click the "Confirm subscription" button in the email.
- Follow the instructions: After confirming your subscription, you will be successfully enrolled to receive updates through the F5 Distributed Cloud Statuspage.
Due to operational requirements, your subscribed email address may be transferred to our new system ahead of the official transition date. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this process and will provide a total of four notifications leading up to the due date.
Please note that notifications from status.io will cease after February 1, 2025
