How To: Add Notification Emails for Route Origination Email Notifications

Description

When customers originate a route via the Silverline Portal, a ticket to the user initiating the activity will be created, along with the email addresses listed under Emails for Notifications

  • Email address(es) listed under Notification Emails will automatically be added as "CC" on the ticket

 

Environment

  • Silverline Portal
  •  DDoS
    • Routed
    • Route Origination

 

Procedure

The Silverline Portal will automatically create a ticket to the user that initiated the Route Origination activity. Additionally, any email address(es) listed under the Emails for Notifications

  • Update Emails for Notifications
    • Include the email address or distribution list that needs to be notified
    • Save changes
